Associate Chiropractor
The Associate Chiropractor is responsible for helping patients achieve better spinal alignment and pain relief. The chiropractor will speak to patients to discuss injuries and health concerns, assess their physical condition and lifestyle, order tests, administer treatment, and provide advice about extended care and pain management.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Consulting with the patient about their medical history and the reason for their visit
  • Creating a plan of care that focuses on the patient’s overall health and wellbeing
  • Assessing the patient’s spine, posture, and reflexes to provide the appropriate treatment
  • Performing neuromusculoskeletal therapy by adjusting the patient’s spine and other joints
  • Providing supplemental treatments, such as massage and acupuncture to the injured area
  • Giving advice on lifestyle habits such as sleep, exercise, and diet to improve patients’ physical health
  • Maintain current detailed patient records
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal and regulatory issues including but not limited to HIPAA.
  • Maintain applicable licensing and remain current on best practices in patient care.
  • Agreement with and alignment to Prince Health and Wellness mission, vision and values.
Qualifications for Chiropractor
  • Prior experience working in a private practice setting is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build relationships with patients
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle patient load
  • Ability to empathize with patients who are in chronic pain and a strong desire to help improve their quality of life
  • Must be able to think critically and make judgements about how best to help patients
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Up to date on the latest chiropractic practices and a desire to provide cutting-age care
  • Must be in good physical condition and have the dexterity and strength to perform adjustments and manipulations on patients
