This person will interact with students as individuals, in small groups, and in big groups. They’ll spend one-on-one time building relationships with students. As part of the Next Gen team, they’ll help plan and execute exciting, fun events that students will love and will bring their friends to. Everything they do will point teenagers to Jesus—introducing them to Him and helping them grow in relationship with Him!

This job is perfect for anyone who loves students – believers and non-believers alike – and wants to help them discover and live out their role in God’s story. Qualifications
• This role requires team leadership and large group management, relational intelligence and collaboration, upfront communication, and administrative skill
• This role requires at least 2 years’ worth of Youth Ministry experience, or an equivalent experience (ex. teaching, YMCA, etc.)
• This role requires at bachelor’s degree
• This role requires experience leading a team, working with systems and processes, communicating to students and young adults, developing volunteers, and organizing large group and small group environments
